Hello,

I am considering upgrading to the JJ OS for the MPC 2500. I have heard that the JJ OS allows you to keep a sample stereo after it has been chopped up with Chop Shop.

First off, is this true. Secondly, does it just chop in stereo by default, or do you have the option of going to mono or stereo. I looked for info on the in the JJ OS 2500 user's manual, but didn't see anything.

Thanks,
Mike

yep, it's true.

it's stereo by defualt, but you can convert the samples to mono too in the edit screen menu.

you can choose whether to convert L or R to mono, or both L+R

workflow JJ created is well worth the money itself.
