now that there are 2 types of programs, you have to specify which you are talking about! i've explained both:

in GPE on DRUM programs, LFO/MUTE are both accessed via f5. hit f5 once for LFO, twice for MUTE/SIMULT. you'll see that the F5 button has the designation LFOMUTE. just glancing at it, you'd expect them all to be on the same page. but when you hit F5 once, youll see you're only viewing the LFO screen. to see the mute screen, hit that sucker again.

in GPE on INST programs, there are no mute groups, because it's not really that type of program. if you want one pad to cut off another, turn the program to MONO. however, there is currently a bug that INST programs ignores the MONO/POLY program playback parameter and plays POLY regardless. i've already reported this and i bet it'll get fixed in the next update.
