Just wonderin if anyone has had any strange occurances with when installing the new pads. I installed mine yesterday,(then went into surgery before i could have fun with them), and when i got home and tried em out my mpc was doin wierd shit.
First off, all my toggle wheel did was change the screen reso.
Also, right and up on the cursors didn't work, but when i pressed em other stuff would light up like the bank c button or the full level button.
I then loaded up the latest os1(somehow got there with a bit of difficulty as my cursors and data wheel were trippin) and although all my notes were playing fine on the pads, all my previously made sequence notes were cutting off. Then after a couple minutes the os started freakin out as much as os2 was.
I finally reinstalled the latest os2 for another try, and although it was a bit wierded at first, it has now pulled itself together and is working fine.
I guess i just wanted to let anyone know who was having the same difficulty to try re-installing os2, and to see if i should expect any other strange surprises. p
