Sorry guys, I'm obviously new to the MPC series and just getting settled w/ mine (btw, I just made a pretty dope beat I'll post soon for yall to check out, my first beat on the MPC YAY!)

Anyways. So in doing a lot of searching through this forum (as I usually try and hit the archives first) I was unable to get a solid answer to this issue I'm having w/ the Q-Links.

Okay, this is fairly simple I guess. As of now, I've been unable to figure out how to get Q-Link data to keep its settings after I Play/Start my sequence again. For example: I set Q-Link 1 to adjust pitch(tune) in "realtime." It changes fine, but whenever I restart the sequence it goes back to the default settings. What am I missing here? So basically I've just been doing all of my pitch/decay/filter edits in GPM, which is fine, but If I could make these changes on the fly w/ Q-Link, that would be preferable.

Do they not even have this feature? If not, what's even the point aside from live performance?

Thanks in advance... and i promise, not too many more questions, I've pretty much got everything figured out. :o

qlink = post-program parameter sequencing data. ie you don't "set your params" via qlink, instead you record param changes via qreal or qnote.

sounds like you're trying to use qlinks ala GPE.
