How to save eq settings etc. with jj os

Hey all just a quick question, does anybody know how to save the eq settings etc that have been created for a program or sequence as i have jj os 1 the most recent version for mpc 1000 and everytime i save this stuff doesnt so I have to go in and redo everything again. Is this a bug with jj or is there a way of fixing this little problem?

does save entire memory without replacing the same files save the params in the GPE? I guess no but I'm not sure. any idea?

GPE settings are all PROGRAM so it depends on whether or not you've saved the program

But if you save entire memory with JJ OS it does the same as the Akai OS right?? You dont have to do anything else?

Thanks guys i was thinking there may have been another way that i was missing as i just save sequence and programs but if saving the entire memory is the only way thats cool.
