I recently got an MPC 2500 and was told to get the JJ OS. I just wanted to know whats the basic things it changes? Also where do I find it?

The JJ OS basically, in my opinion, mainly changes the interface and just makes everything so much more intuitive. If your just starting to get into samples and beats like me, the chop feature will seem incredibly better than on the original Akai OS. Just download it, believe me, you won't regret the decision.

I would tell you where to get it, but unfortunately I'm posting on my phone so I can't link it. I just googled it lol.

jjos is a no brainer def worth the 30.00. def worth every cent. its the only reason why i cant see myself using anything but the 2500 or 1000 (sometimes my 2kxl).

if you dont have the full memory w the 2500 u just bought, thats probably a better $40 spent than anything else. i mean jj os is pretty much mandatory too, but if you dont have the extended sampling time then the jj cant be used to its potential
