Can anyone help me out and explain how qreal: volume and pan is supposed to work? I used to use it on whole tracks with os1 and set it with mode+pad1.
I read the online manual and checked out the track mixer, there you cant record the slider movements. In grid edit you can select qreal: volume/pan and edit/record slider movements but it acts strange sometimes. Seems like not all of the movements are registered or sth, the value says 100 but the volume is still lower.
I dont understand why he removed this from the normal slider settings ut was really useful for live performances.

Another thing on the track mixer, the qlinks work different here, the value doesnt change on the sliders movement until you "slide over" the current value. I dont know yet if this is a good thing, on the one hand the value isnt changed by accident and doesnt jump on the first movement, on the other its quite confusing sometimes, mostly because the normal mixer still works the old way.
Maybe not important, i dont see myself using that track mixer much in the future... but i want my qreal:volume and pan back!

i'll take a look when i can
i kind of agree, i miss qlink control of volume/pan and i'd love to be able to assign those to midi cc later in the game...

track mixer, though, is very dope, if only for level setting. i like it in both screens, i find it a very organized way of looking at tracks. it's GPE esque.

i still use da old mixer

caus if i gotta bring a snare down i can do that for every sequence at once

where da new one only does it for dat specific track even though its awesome for audio tracks

do u think u would be cool if the names of the tracks actually appeared somewhere on the track mixer screen ( maybe an abbreviation)
