get os1 its fantastic, u also need it to get os2.

but imo os1 is less buggy, yet os2 offers some very different methods - yet its still under development by the looks of it, also beware that any programs/projects done in os1 DO NOT always function in os2, so u should save a copy prog/proj that was done in os1 - if u want to edit them to work in os2.

You need to buy OS1 before you can use OS2. Once installed and authorized, the machine becomes dual boot so that - each time you power on - you can select whether you want to use OS1 or OS2. My advice - money permitting - is buy both, have a little patience with the ever developing OS2, and support JJ. Personally, I'm mainly using OS2 as I know that, long term, this is the one that will suit my workflow.

we wont get one, why? because we live in a culture of continous bug fixing, and you can blame bil gates for this.

so find a build of the os that works for you and be happy.

My advice is to buy os1 then install os2 for now . Os2 wont save until you pay for a pass word, but you can get a little more familar with it until jj fixes a few more bugs then buy os2.

Ask yourself a simple question: -

Do you want to let others discover bugs in the JJ OS and let them report them

or do you want to trial the OS and report bugs to advance the OS and help the comunity

The choice is yours...
