JJ OS2 pad sensivity adjustment

I can't understand s h i t of the instructions JJ wrote for the pad sensivity adjustment in OS2. See link: http://www7a.biglobe.ne.jp/~mpc1000/os2/padsenc_25e.htm

Can someone please tell me in proper english?

(Maybe I'm just dumb or too foreign or something!! )

pad sensitivity screen is improved in a couple of ways

top row, VELO SENS, is how hard you have to hit your pads to get a level of 127
2nd row, press.sens, is how hard you have to press to achieve the highest aftertouch value
curve is the applied curve by which higher velocities are achieved

pad on level means the threshold at which a NOTE ON is made: literally, how much voltage (resulting from pressure on the pad sensor) it takes to trigger a NOTE ON.

below that, the VELOCITY and PRESSURE numbers are just gages for how hard you're pressing/hitting the pads.

and the all button lets you select all the pads at one time.
