Global Program Edit "Inst" Page

hi,

where can i find the "inst" page at the global program edit for a correct chromatic using? have sampled a basssound in F and would like to play it chromatic with the 16 levels funtion.
but i must learn the mpc that is an F and not a A plus the lowest and highest note.

the online manual has a green button before this description, the others have blue ones.

is it not implemented yet?

create a new program, and from the new program screen chose INST as the type
