Having a real problem downloading jjos2

Well,

I try to download it (I have a mac btw) and it always says.. not enough imformation available you should compress. But I can't compress? I also went to the mac section on the website. So I just want to know wassup. Please help

On the JJ website there's a special section for mac user to download the OS, if it doesn't work on the main site.

ah sweet, i always had a problem with this since os2 and just downloaded it on someone elses pc and saved to the cf. Lazy me didn't bother to look

Still,

I download it and it's just a bunch of letters. And When I download the Bins it says it needs more information

ctrl click download linked file.


once you download the file and its on your desktop - ctrl-click on it - click on 'get info'


see how under 'name and extension' its says ".os2.txt" delete the bit that says ".txt" and press enter.
you will be asked whether you want to use ".os2" or ".txt" as the extension - chose os2.

its now the right format. boom.

any mac users - strongly recommend the Mozilla Firefox to dload the .os2 files.

safari makes a balls up of it.
