Loop Problem

Does any body else have this problem, with loop's

let say you have a 4 bar loop going on but when it reach to go back to the 1 bar it have like a jump going back to the first bar,

i try driffrent method with T.C to fix it it help a little but then my Bass our piano some orther instrument with in the sequence get miss up

i need help on this fast can any body tell me what i can do to fix this problem,

Sounds like it may not be a perfect 4 bar loop, there are 3 options i can think of:
1 - you could always cut it into 1 bar section and see how that goes
2 - add alt loop so when it goes back to the 1st bar it will add a little to the end of the loop to stop the jump sound
3 - reprogram the beat
