What's up people...
I've had my MPC1k for a minute, but mostly been using JJOS 1 to work with samples from records, drums and shit I have on the HD.
I also have a Korg Micro-X that I've been using with my computer setup. I'd like to hook the two of em up and figure out a good workflow.
I can sequence the Micro-X from the MPC, but what I'd like to do is record the sample of that performance into the MPC afterwards, so I can use another sound from the Micro-X, or maybe use the audio and chop that up
Kind of "bounce" it down like I would inside Cubase, but in the MPC. Are audio tracks for this? What's the workflow like? Can someone walk me through it?
I read a little about JJOS 2 as well, and it looks like the audio track support is better. Can anyone help out? Thanks.
