transpose a hole midi track or pgm??

i want to transpose all the notes i have in a track for a midi device.. is this possible somehow, or do i have to transpose it note by note in step edit??

you can do it in sequence edit( mode and pad 13) make sure the track type is midi because drum tracks will only let you transpose individual pads.
