.. formating?

hi im reasonably new to these forums so bear with me .. im having trouble using some sounds i was given .. the ones i can open in quick time my 2500 reads fine .. but the ones that open in itunes it dont like .. im using a mac .. anything i can do with these samples without re sampling the audio .. cheers any help much apreciated

make sure all sounds are '.WAV' - 16bit

quicktime is good for reading almost any audio format - so no wonder u can do it there......iTunes can also read wavs but it may be that u r trying to use MP3's (typically used in iTunes) on yer mpc - it cant read anything but 16bit WAV's.

use 'get info' on some of the files u are having trouble with, and see whats up
