MTC is there , i PROMISE, and it works..i PROMISE..you just gotta get the settings right on both the DAW and the MPC.

i am gonna get the 1K with paied JJos soon and i use logic 8 as well and want to track to it

what STEP BY STEP are the things i have to set up and where?

it's official - I've been doing this on logic 7 AND 8
Logic as slave - MPC as master (keep that groove!!)
Logic transmit MMC - MPC recieve MMC (so you can use Logic Play and Record buttons)
THIS IS A FACT

**if you think just any usb interface is gonna give u tight sync then think again
and if u know what's good 4 u then get an emagic unitor family midi interface (MT4, AMT8 or Unitor8)
for "Atari-tight timing" (quote from Sound on Sound) - seriously
since I bought the MT4 my syncing is totally locked on - got it £16 on ebay
