Ok, this is getting OLD.

Ok, I had my MPC1000 syncing perfectly with Cubase SX3. I went out of town for a week, come back open up cubase and it's no longer syncing.

I'm using JJ 0S (Free) and Cubase SX 3. I previously had it to where I can hit play on cubase and my mpc plays. Now it's just sitting still in idle.

Can someone please help.

someone's gotta know, I know this topic is 1000 years old but I search google, youtube, and this forum. I must of missed it. I need this.

oh sorry, that was me, i mucked up all your settings when i broke in.

Ok, Well basically I'm trying to set my MPC 1000 to Slave and Cubase SX 3 to Master.
I'm using my Firewire 410 to connect the MPC 1000 to my PC.
On my MPC1000 I am using JJ OS 3.08.

I went out of my mpc into the firewire. I toggled almost every option I could. MTC, MMC, and etc. Cubase is still in Idle and nothing is sync. Also, yes I do have my MPC sync set to 2, as my midi is in out 2.

Im running Windows XP.

Any Ideas????

maybe check in cubase if the settings for the sync (transport>sync setup etc.) are still intact.

Ok, Now I have it syncing.. But a few seconds after it finishes playing it stops automatically.. Any ideas why?

Hey man, can you please tell me how you got it to work?
Trying to do the same, so I can get my cubase VSTs into my MPC 1000.
How did you connect with cables and how were the settings?
