[VELO] OS2:0==> Load to XL:100 <--BUG
[VELO] OS2:0==> Load to XL:0 <-- Correct

Is the 16 levels bug fixed in this update?

No

I reportet JJ, that Tune has a Bug in 16 Levals. The Samples are not to hear.
