lagezon wrote:yeah, the fill thing is good, now we need an option to unlock the timing of the switching, but keep the patterns bar synced. Ableton live can do this with the legato function. Here's a video i did with a GenoQs Nemo showing the possibilities. From 0:56 on i'm switching the beat patterns:

I requested this with sequences. JJ suggested that it'd be easy, but haven't seen it yet. I ended up sequencing tracks containing PC=>seq changes and track mutes to create a similar effect.

The thing with the fills is perhaps we can have a bank full of them and switching constantly between them will stay in sync.

Since you've already communicated with JJ about this, maybe you can request the enhancement for patterns.

And hopefully none of the features we already have get removed, crippled or changed in a way that will piss everyone off, although I wouldn't mind losing the "chord" and/or "arpegiator" for this new feature as it does seem way more useful. Keep it up JJ!

I reckon it is something like Ableton Live. Patterns behave like clips in Live or like audio samples.

I was thinking the same thing. Nice

Maybe something like this? Instead of Seq there you'll have patterns....

i hope pattern mode becomes usable for peopel who use double resolution.
right now pattern mode = 1/2 bar for double resolution...which is why i never use it.

It would be dope if JJ could make something like this possible. I requested something similar several times before but I finally gave up on it; I always used FL's pattern chain mode as an example of how it would look/work and this looks pretty close to it.

I really hope he will add the "load folder" like the 5000 has, you can load a whole folder and it will automatically create programs!

Other than the grid look almost in the first tutorial,as I questioned,I do not see any evidence of
griid to pattern pad functionality.(Screen under construction). Hope it happens.PEACE TYPO
