Is X-LCD necessary ???

I'd rather use a second LCD than page up and down or have a big screen. Width is where it's at.

Anyway, with how flakey the 1k hardware is I don't think I'll invest anymore time or money into upgrading it and the 1k screen is safer for portability anyway, but if I found a 2.5k at a nice price I'd consider it.
