sally, you're arguing for "true" parameter values when you don't even understand what some of the parameters even mean...
1.00 = 1 lfo cycle per quarter note beat (with 96 ppq)
0.48 = 2 lfo cycles per beat, 1/8 note
0.24 = 1/16 note
0.12 = 1/32 note, 8 cycles per beat
120BPM default tempo:
2 quarter notes per second * (8 cycles per quarter note) = 16 cycles per second.
Explained in full so you can't possibly argue against it.
