Main differences between JJOS2XL and JJOS3?

If i remember correctly, the reason that the features of OS3 are broken out separate from OS2xl is because JJ was limited by the file size of the firmware/OS file. So he can't pack all the features into one OS. That's why OS3 has to discard of some of the features from OS2xl to make room for other new features - because of the OS memory file size limitation.

Yea memory is completely maxed out, the slightest addition would require other features to be removed.
It would be interesting to have polls on what features are considered the least useful and what are the most desired additions.
Then maybe submit it to JJ as an open letter from the JJOS community.
