Possible 4.62 bug in FIX TEMPO setting

I coulda swore though that previously (prior to 4.62 that is) that it would fix the tempo for all the (unused) ones as well, so that when you switched over to record a new one, the tempo would already be set.

I must have been hallucinating or something
