why would anyone pick that over the existing music software apps? Not only do most do the same things, but they look visually better too. If JJ wanted to do something new, he should have made an alternate OS for the 1000 and 2500 that offer different varieties of features aimed at different music styles or something like that... nobody is going to shell out money for something that looks like it was made for windows 3.1 this day and age especially when you can get torrents of nuendo and fl studio for free let alone audacity.
i could be wrong but i think the major selling point of JJSEQ is supposed to be the fact that it somehow lets you simultaneously work with the MPC and edit your sequences with the application.
the only thing like that it could do is... it might allow you to open projects you made on your mpc in the application. that is not simultanious... the usb on the mpc 1000 and 2500 is only for accessing the card reader... not for data streaming.
