Well, I could see how you would/could feel that way. I would feel the same way if I didn't have money to purchase these items or hate to support the companies that produce these products that allow us to enjoy our hobbies.

Anyway...Nuendo is overkill for what you are using. You would get more work done with Cubase LE.

It suks for me because I can spend $50K on gear that I rarely touch Alot of thought went into that comment, huh?

This isn't a debate about who has more. Its about you didn't have enough money to buy the MPC you have always wanted. So although your cheap drum machine and cracked software running on a Compaq can create some music....its obviously lacking something you want or you would be in here talking about it. Me...I always want something....looking forward to the release of Nuendo 4, which will probably be the last time I purchase an all native system. I will probably go Pro Tools HD within the next year...then I will be spending more time in the other sections of the forum talking about AD/DA converters.....feel free to join me if I can break you away from your amazing set-up that is just like mine

By the way...who in the heck has time to create music with all the telephonebook-sized manuals I have lying around. I don't read them but enjoy the pretty pictures.

Wow, I had no idea a post about a simple bug would turn into this... Is anyone still trying to discover new stuff (good or bad) in the new OS?

And since I'm here, here's my $0.02...

Jahrome, I used to think that you were just talking a bunch of shizzz in these forums, but I get were you're coming from. You're expressing your opinion in a forum that was created for people to express their opinion, so why are people trippin', right? Your opinion just comes from a place most of us can't relate to (me personally, I don't have the disposable income to buy every piece of gear I want, but I've been able to buy everything I really need). I won't say I've never used a cracked program, but I can't hate on the customers who support the company that makes the program that I can't afford. If people like Jahrome didn't buy Nuendo (or Logic, Pro Tools, Digital performer, Acid, Cubase, Reason, etc.), the companies who make it wouldn't make a profit, and they would (logically) stop investing in the software that isn't making them money.
So... as much as I love (and sometimes need) free sh*t, we need people to support (i.e. spend money) on this stuff, or else nobody will have programs to buy or steal. I guess if you know how to code you can make your own program, but thats another story....

Anyway, there's too much bickering and bitching in these forums lately (or maybe it's always been that way)... I'll be back when a new development arises. Until then, happy beatmaking...

I agree, but at the same time I admit that I'm a sucker for that shit sometimes... sometimes it's funny as hell, but it's true that it gets annoying. That's the internet for ya though.
