Fa sho. I was just confused. Wasnt takin' a stab, just chose to give a shout-out to GPE in the midst of my confusion. Rock on Stale bread.

I think JJ should keep doing what hes doing while keeping the original program mode and when he gets to a point where its really difficult to improve at all he should release a new version with the OPM cut out so that way die hard fans can still get a nice release and people who are a little more "daring" and willing to try new things can use the current the newer releases

BUT,

GPE is the way for me, i'd been questioning the simplicity and uselessness of the akaiOS's poor example, ie: one sample/pad editing at a time!? (on a machine that holds way-way more) , i honestly couldnt believe it when i first bought the mpc basically.

so imho, JJ put in there what akai were dumb enough to miss out.

Can anyone tell me where to get the update from? Link???
