....... qlinks are still gimped but they control more things so it kind of balances it out. pad mute is dead useful. the pad/midi cc stuff has a ton of potential. now we just gotta push JJ to improve/refine this stuff a bit more.

ive been using XL for some time now, but see - for me it doesnt have to be exclusive... using them all for different projects/reasons, os1 for the sweet filter - very rarely now tho' as os2 was the new os1 for me, virtually replaced it in workflow... and exploded the qlink possibilities.
os2xl is for me a good way to exploit all the 'performers' features. all that except the qlink - like u said, its a bit basic in that its one per action, not 2 like in os2, but yeah man the options of whats controlled does add a huge weight of options, i really still just wish JJ could build in the flexibility of the realtime and the note on qlinks pairings like was in os2.
but when im not doing those things, os2xl is the one.
