A way around that is to first press the button of the bank where you wanna copy the pad, then SCROLL back to the pad you wanna copy, press UNDO and then hit the pad where you wanna copy it to.

Yeah you're right, I just checked and you can copy individual pad settings even after you've switched banks but you can't copy a pad and all its settings once you've switched banks. Has to be a bug, nice work-around though.

I was hoping that the copy-setting-with-the-undo-button would also work for copying values of start- and endpoint in trimmode.

Would be a nice feature but I don't think it's possible, or is it?

Not exactly. When hitting [Main] and a pad it kind of saves the mode attached to the pad to your Main button. From now on when you're in main screen and press [Main] it will instantly switch to the according mode.

I.e. Hit Pad 1 [Q-Link] while pressing [Main], screen will switch to Q-Link mode. Now go back to Main screen and hit [Main] --> screen will switch back to Q-Link mode.

For what would that be helpful?

However, I'm sure you already know this, but a possibility could would to simply copy the whole sample (Go to sample's name upon the bar on top of the screen, press [Window]. Now [Copy]--> F4 or something) and continue working with that second sample.

Apart from that I think there doesn't exist the feature you described above.

Is there a way to cut/paste instead of copy/paste bars on the MAIN screen?

I think there was a cut option that might be gone now.

Well sometimes I want to move all the notes only in one track.

That is easy to do powerface, just go to edit screen. MODE + PAD 13 and select change timing. You can move forward or back wards, also works on a range to i think in midi mode.

Thanks, it would be helpful in Nondestrtuctive chop mode. To have two chops with the same startpoint, or endpoint.

This way you can chop up a drumbreak on every hit, and also on every meassure for example. Copying start/endpoint values is a faster way of doing this. Now i use the numeric button and tap out the number.

I also can't find how to duplicate event from one pad to another. (not the sample, just the events) Is there a quick way?

copy and transpose it! copy by pad, or midi note range to.
