Moving notes in midi grid edit ?

Moving a few notes around in a track Im working on and it will only let me move them 48 ticks before it locks up and I have to hit edit twice to be able to move another 48.

Is there a way around this, or an easier way ?
Being able to move by beats perhaps, thinking Im missing something simple.

I was thinking step edit but Im doing it by ear and the visual aid is helping a bit.

Using OS2 V 1.18
TC is OFF
and its in double time.

Appreciate any help and sorry if this has been covered or in the manuals, but searching through them all didnt come up with anything.

48 ticks is the max of moving in MGE
dunno why, i usually just double tap overdub real quick to get another 48
i will address this in my next bug report as a workflow issue.
