Quick method for clearing memory from song to song?

I'm using a 1000 with jj os2 for a live show. For each song I have some large pgm's and a lot of audio tracks. Is there a quick way to clear the last songs material from the internal memory? (without having to turn the mpc on and off)?

when u load a project file i think it erases everything currently in memory and replaces it ..


other than that, its the power button i think....

Load a new project.

If you want it blank, load a blank one.

delete the pgm, then purge the sounds. then del all seq.

For each song, load it into MPC and then save as "ENTIRE MEMORY". When you load such file, it replaces all that's currently in memory.

when you select a new folder/program to load, instead of pressing the [DO IT] button as usual, look to the left and press [CLEAR] instead... it will then ask you to confirm... press [DO IT] and you're good.

that will clear the entire memory before loading what you just selected.

EDIT: oh wait... i'm jj os1... this has probably changed in os2 if youre not seeing it right away...
