Help, My sequence is not fully playing the sample

I made 2 sequences and both have the same chopped sample played out differently. when I go to song mode and assign my sequences to a specific order and set my reps. I then convert it and when its playing in song mode my 2nd sequences is actually not playing all of the chops i played out from the sample. but i could get the sequence up alone and hear it. I need help please.....

I was havein trouble with this as well till good old Nym dropped a nugget of knowledge on me.
Delete all muted tracks,dont know why but it mess it up . I think it may have been diff programs on the same track in diff seq that was messin it up to.

make sure all of your samples are trimmed down where the dead silence is taken out. you may be running out of polyphony. hit mode + other to see how much polyphony is being used.

okay I tried to check the polyphony under MODE + OTHER and cant seem to find anything about polyphony.
