A problem with the programs/samples

when i'm in the load screen i can hear every sample i have
but when it's loaded i try to play something and i don't hear shit
even though i checked in the program screen and it shows the samples i'm using
and allso when i load old projects, i can't hear a sound
yesterday it was fine, the problem started only before two hours

and p.s i hooked up the mpc to sync with the fl studio with a midi cable
(could it be causing the problem?)

do you have q-link volume to track assigned? because after loading, it might be set to 0 so you have to move the slider to raise the volume.
