Convert: Sliced Samples problem

Hello. My current OS version is 3.08 and I'm newbie MPC user. My problem starts when I use Sliced Samples feature. After using this sliced parts sounds weird. It's kinda like you would add low pass. Very annoying.

Edit: I've noticed one detail. Does it slices it in MONO?
