Trying to update my OS2 version, please help...

I have been using OS2 version .071 for a while now and today I tried to update to 1.22
It keeps telling me the file is "not mpc1000 os file".
I downloaded it many times already and same thing.
I also went into the FAQ and got the rar with past versions and I was able to update to .072 but no version after that loads and i get the same error as stated above. I hope i am doing something wrong and not my mpc. Please anyone that can help me. Thanks.

Well, I seemed to have fixed it myself.. I flashed over to OS1 499i and then flashed up right to OS2 1.22 and it worked flawlessly. I must have been trying to jump too many versions within the OS2, although i never had the issue before. I also noticed that we are over 1mb file size now. Well, it works out because I should have my OS1 up to date too.. I left this post in case anyone else has the same problem with not being able to flash past .072 to .080 and above. -Peace.
