2500 OS2 Timestretch feature?

After two months of owning OS2 on my 2500, I'm STILL trying to figure out all of what jj brought us.

The timestretch feature in the original akai os was pretty easy to find... but I can't find it in OS2. Is it still here and am I just blind or was it taken away?
