MPC GONE OFFBEAT

Something really strange just happened to my 1000. I was playing around with a beat when suddenly, the internal drum timing or something just went out the window. Nothing sounds right, and when I play a drum with note repeat it sounds kinda like heartbeats instead of the usual four-on-the-floor. The triplets are sounding like eights too. WTF? Is there a parameter I've screwed up or what? I have tried OS1 and OS2 and reinstalling.

Accidentally cranked up the Swing setting? I believe this setting remains even when you change OS version.
