Been playing with the pitch shift, pitched the same sample in 4 different pitch, no problem.
then changed sample and wanted to do the same thing, Bug!!! even if i changed the sample to edit, it was always editing the same first sample when a press play, and even worse, when i pressed overwrite, it crached my original sample( the first one) !! and lost it...

thats not a bug, what OS u are on?

overwrite WILL OVER WRITE, any sample edited will be replaced by the edit.

be sure to select a different sample to re-edit, and / or copy the first, to be safe, then edit the copy. delete unused.

using OS XL on a 2500

Maybe I didnt explain well.

It didnt overwrite as the played preview, but overwrote just a bip.

And when I changed sample in the edit mode, the pitch shift act as if i was using the same sample.
