I tried to track out a beat last night using multiple sequences (1st time using multiple seq in mpc) into reaper. MTC synced fine but when i switch the mpc to next sequence the sync would temporarily drop. It only drops when i change the sequence. Any idea what could be the problem?

Im cool now. I converted the whole song to a sequence where i wouldnt have to manually change to the next sequence and that worked fine. Thanks for the help. My workflow is more efficient completing songs in the mpc as opposed to editing song structure in my DAW. My $0.02
