How to format internal hard drive with JJ OS XL?

I have recently purchased a MPC 1000 and have successfully installed the JJ OSXL, in addition have installed an internal HD but I can not seem to figure out how to format the drive. Can someone please steer me in the right direction?

go to load. put it on hdd. then hit window.
