Help - Tour starts on Monday - Qlink to affect audio track

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to control an audio track's cutoff and reso via the QLink in JJOS. I go to the slider menu and "Tune" works, but Cutoff and Reso do nothing. The audio is coming out of output 2.

I'm assuming it's not possible?

You have to assign the filter settings in your program first. Hit mode->Program then which ever pad then-> Filter-> then assign a filter and lower the cutoff to like 30 or something then you will hear the slider working.

It's an audio track. It's not assigned to a pad.

save it as a sample and then assign to a pad? that's what i did on the last track i made.

just an idea, there is probaby a better way, i'm a relative newb.

So no filter on audio tracks?

Which OS are you running?

I'm using JJos V2 on an MPC1000

Still can't figure this out. The slider works kwhen set to the Tune parameter - but doesnt work for cutoff or reso.
