can anyone help me remember a command (if it exists)

i think i read it here once but i've been looking for an hour now and can't find it.

exchanging pads: i want to take the settings (not only the sample name but including filter, etc) and grab all settings for that pad at once and switch it, say from pad a1-pad a2.

on the sp404 i do it by hitting rec+del and choosing 2 pads to exchange.

you mean literally switch 1 pad's setting to another, without switching the sample too?

ie, PAD A with sample01 and XXXX param settings to

PAD B with sample02 (apply PADA settins to PADB?)

you can COPY PAD but that copies the sample data too
