JJ os2 XL new update...

I'm a relatively new user of JJ os XL so i've never had to update my software, but it seems there's a new update for XL.

Where can I find out what's been improved upon or bug fixed, cause the Japenese fella hasn't sent me any emails to keep me in the loop.
