Memory card slot BUGGEN

iam usen jjos1 5.55 & out the blue my compact flash iz not worken . just to be sure i put the flash card in my sandisk reader and all my songs are there . i didnt drop my 2500 or anything that would **** it up what can i do to get things loaden & saven HELP

Copy your files to your PC for a backup.
Format the cf card in the mpc, using the JJ OS.
Copy your files back.

Check the pins on the MPC, not uncommon for them to bend

Does It Make Any Diff If I kept My Card In The slot all the time & if i reload jjos do i need the password its been over a yr & a haft & i cant find it ,, Thanks U guys a Super Fly 4 The HELP PEACE!!!!

I have the same problem, but the pins are OK((((my mpc 1000 just freezzeee when i insert my Cf card(standart akai pro 32 mb card), it just got jamed((
