Choosing a Compact flash card ??

Can anybody recomend a good compact flash card for the mpc 1000. 0ne that works with no hassle, cheapest option

At the mo, i have a INTERGRAL 512mb

Dosent seem to like saving and loading too tuff

I Started making beats 10 years ago, I mc, So Making beats was jus to get my self down on tracks, lol, Back then, we didnt have the benifit of myspace, and facebook, So connecting with producers was hard,

I started off using Fruity Loops, Then I moved on to the boss sp505 sampler, then back to fruity loops, then cubase, then logic with an mpd 16, hahaha, Ive had the mpc for bout 2 months, but i should of had this thing for 10 years man, lol
