Change midi messages? and monitoring?

Hi people!

Hi have 2 questions:

1) Can I change the midi messages of the pads so I can play the normal piano scale, being PAD 1-A, for instance, "do" and so on???
2) Can I monitor what i record choosing the output I want (not the stereo output)??

I use JJ OS1 5.56
