track mute timing error?

got a sequence that goes herky jerky with lagging once i enter track mute mode. it was recorded in 1.18, but loading in 1.23 and doing a clean boot didnt cure anything.

leaving track mute puts it right back on time.

i just put into record mode to record the main outs. and the sequence went all autechre... stop button will not work. AMAZING.

anyone else have this issue?
