hey there folks hope all is good for the start of 2010!
have just signed up and been looking through the forums for a problem i have but cant seem to find anything so here goes!......
got my mpc 2500 about a month ago and decided to upgrade to jjos after reading all the reviews here, great choice im lovin it! i am having a problem getting the chord to work though

1st im not getting any sound out at all from it.......
2nd when i highlight chord on the main display then press the window key the pad to chord screen comes up but the f2 'save' button already has an asterix next to it? and pressing f2 doesnt make it go away......?

ive tried re installing the wAkai OS then the free JJ then the 2XL again but still same problem?
is this a glitch or am i just being daft......
any help would be great!
cheers!

youre right

im testet it
the chord function only works in midi mode.
internal samples don/t do it
arpegiator works with samples !! :o

what says the jj manual ?
or is it a bug too ?

The JJ manual says you should be able to change the note value assigned to the pads ie d#2, a_3 etc then save those values to the internal/flash memory :? (after you change the values the asterix should appear letting you save - but the asterix is already there?) and by watching http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4G5R1ovLCkI i take it these note values should play straight off the pads

im thinking there might be a bug with saving to the internal/flash memory?
