Should i bounce down each track in MPC to preserve the sound

I usually bounce down via my Alesis firewire mixer as i can quickly seprate the quicks snares and bass and record clickly into each track on logic . Im thinking htough as the firewire isnt th ebest quality mixer should i use Song to Sample in os2xl and record down each elemnt lik ethis , do you think i would benfit from sound quality at all?

There is also the spdif out for a digital output instead of analogue which will preserve the sound in the same way that internal mastering/bouncing will...
