ok just got the 1000, put jj 3.09...

im getting the hang of it pretty well so far. got all my samples in it, i have no problem putting them on pads etc...im just curious about midi...i would like to try and put my midi and samples from an fl studio project in to the mpc and put the samples on the appropriate pads for the midi data to trigger them just as i have them in fl...i want to try using the mpc for some more detailed changeups etc. can i put a midi file into the mpc? or do i have to hook up the mpc to the computer thru midi and just do master/slave?? confused a little, but just a little hehe so help if you can! thanx

Yes you can load MIDI files into the box, and make a program that correspond to the played notes. I used to the this with recycle in the past.
