Is there a way to put an effect on a certain track?

Question is simple. I have strings on Track_5 and want to add Reverb to that track only. Looked around in the manual but couldn't find answer. Am I just dumb?

it has to be added through the program, so my guess is make a separate program with the same strings and add the effect in that program (assuming you actually need to create another program due to using the same strings at another point in your sequences without the effect)

Well I want the strings to be Reverbed the whole time. So I assume I would be correct in just putting Reverb on the program, thanks.
